How do I wear BeActive?
1. Slide BeActive brace up to just below the knee on either the left or right leg
2. Align pressure pad at the outer edge of the calf, with the “R” for “right” or “L” for “left” leg facing the front
3. Tighten to apply firm pressure on the calf
When do I use BeActive?
The BeActive wrap should initially be worn for up to 2 hours at a time. If it remains comfortable, the wrap can be worn for longer periods as needed. If your lower back pain occurs in the centre of your back, try to determine if the pain is more towards the right or left side and then apply the wrap to that side. If your lower back pain is exactly in the centre of your low back, first try the wrap on your right leg and if no relief then switch to your left leg.
